Business Analyst

Salt is Looking to hire a Business Analyst to assist with project implementation and projects launches, process building & supporting vendor (outsourced partners) requests primarily reporting bugs, helping to setup licenses, etc.

An extremely exciting opportunity to gain process knowledge regarding platform operations and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in implementing strategic and operational initiatives, collaborating closely with leadership and cross-functional partners
• Create, drive and maintain standard operating procedures (e.g. Incident reporting, bug management)
• Drive operational excellence with Internal teams and cross functional partners and ensure the smooth running of weekly, monthly and quarterly business rhythms
• Focus on continuous improvement of processes and core projects through automation and process enhancement.
• Support day to day operations by triaging problems and routing them to the correct teams, or addressing with current protocols

Minimum Qualification

• 3+ Year of experience in Project Management, Process improvement
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently through to implementation in an operational environment
• Experience working with internal/external stakeholders in multiple geographic regions
• Experience communicating to a variety of audiences
• Analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational experience
• Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with minimal guidance

Preferred Qualification

• Experience or education in operational excellence and process improvement methodologies, e.g. Six Sigma, Lean.
• Experience in Business Process Outsourcing management or operations
• Experience in Vendor Management
