Call Centre Agent

Singapore Permanent / 6 months including medical insurance

Salt is looking to hire a Call Centre Agent for one of their substantial pilot projects with a tech giant from Southeast Asia.

This role is a flexible job opportunity that will initially roll as a 6 months contract & serves as a vital role for their business operations & support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide online training via zoom to new riders/ drivers about Grab App in 1-2 languages
  • Reaching out to newly activated drivers for free training appointments
  • Provide outbound calls to drivers who have shown interest on their own to confirm appointments
  • Care-calling with existing drivers by providing technical support, addressing concerns & taking in feedback to increase driver’s productivity
  • Able to guide newly activated drivers via face to face if required
  • Other ad-hoc duties are given by the Manager

Able to work independently

  • KPI Achievable KPI (numbers of calls and appointments to fix each day)
  • Preferably with telesales or any other after-sales experience background
