Digital Program Manager

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Digital Program Manager for a 12 months contract role.

In this role you will act as a Program Manager for a specific cross functional initiative, the SME Digital Practitioner Program. You will manage the delivery of the program, accompanying the participants from the initial application phase to their graduation through the live project.

Responsibilities

• Facilitation of curriculum
• Develop and maintain schedules of curriculum progress
• Tailoring individual objectives with each participant
• Assists participants with day to day support, ensuring coordination with internal Google resources and external partners (For digital assets creation)
• Work with SG team to provide curriculum updates (Participants feedback, stats performance)
• Create and/or clean up tools to track attendance
• Facilitate pairing with external partners for digital assets creation
• Facilitate and coordinate internal resources to deliver training
• Track overall scheduling, changes and slippage in curriculum and resolve conflicts
• Align with each SME participants on objectives and determine targets
• Regular curriculum status updates to team
• Oversee messaging in conjunction with team for internal and external audiences
• Design best practices for resource and due date conflicts
• Facilitate and develop tracking tool to monitor participant’s return on media

Skill/Experience/Education

• Experience in program management and execution of digital marketing campaigns
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives with minimal direction
• Experience in providing high level metrics and presentations to audiences at multiple levels within an organization
• Knowledge of professional project management practices
