Enrolment Coordinator

Salt Talent Search is looking for Enrolment Coordinator for a 12 months contract role, the Enrolment coordinator supports applicants towards making informed choices to consider embarking on the program throughout the enrolment process

Jobs and responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Program Lead, coordinators facilitate eligible candidate’s enrolment journey which includes processing of online registration, identity verification, screening for suited track and ensuring online payment transactions prior to the start of class.
• Ensure accuracy and validity during enrolment by conducing documents and contracts checks throughout enrolment process.
• Handle withdrawals/deferments before start of course.
• Keep accurate and detailed records of documents.
• Utilise the CRM platform to processes candidate’s registration end-to-end – from registration to enrolment.
• Use the CRM to track any pending candidates on their progress and contact them to offer follow up support, as needed.
• Provide daily update on the progress on enrolment status (including withdrawals)
• Be the main point of support for candidates keen to enrol.
• Review existing processes with team to initiate, develop and implement improvements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, process-disciplined and maturity to represent clients brand
• Meticulous with an eye for detail, organised and able to multi-task
• Able to work independently and cohesively within small team environment
• Experience in administrative roles (Comfortable with Excel functions and have end-user CRM experience).
• Business background (e.g.: Diploma, Degree, relevant industry experience) preferred.
