Salt Talent Search is looking for Marketing Operations Specialist for a 12 months extendable contract role.
This is to support APAC & Japan , its is for someone who can partner with our global & regional teams to enable an amazing customer experiences through implementing best practice Marketing Operations initiatives.
What Will You do:
Collaborate closely with cross functional regional and global team on CRM projects, architecture, data flow, and processes
Assist with developing a strong cross functional virtual team that collaborates seamlessly across business units and key functions within the APAC & Japan Marketing and Sale teams while ensuring global to regional consistency and alignment.
Support the e2e Lead Management process including lead loading, routing., scoring processes. Manage Lead Survival project to optimize leads surviving to opportunity
Support CRM marketing modules including Campaign Management, Lead processes, workflow + governance & admin support for APAC & Japan teams.
Translate business user requests into use cases for global, technical and automation teams. Document and visualize requirements to ensure requests have a tangible, concrete deliverable that can be execute.
Support regional team priorities, engage global teams to ensure APAC is leveraging latest Best Practices with global systems & processes
Work with the reporting & insight team to ensure that marketing campaigns are accurately reflected in Marketing Management System & live campaign reporting.
Act as business data steward, record business rules, data standards and quality requirements and activities required on existing practice and recommend functional improvements to be feed into Global teams
Ensure Marketing business processes and data usage conform to institutional policies and government regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
What you need to succeed
10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, CRM (SFDC or Dynamics 365) & Data Quality roles projects managing campaign marketing, lead management & data quality processes.
Experience in CRM Databases, Campaign Management, Email, Web publishing, Data Quality/De-duplication tools & content tools, Ad technology and Analytical toolsets.
Other success attributes include being analytical, mature, results-oriented, meticulous, customer focused, computer literate and numerate.
Experience working in an enterprise organization supporting multiple tools, systems and processes.
Excellent spoken, written, presentation skills in English with ability to articulate an issue to both technical & business audiences as well as documenting key processes.
Good organizational agility, command skills and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and lines of business in a global virtual organisation.

Experience/use of technology stack is an advantage.
