Order Management Associate

We are looking for Order Management Associate for a contract role of 12 months.

What you will get:

What you will do:

· Configures orders in the system “as-designed” and ensure work order creation and fulfilment dates with little supervision

· Works closely with Sales Engineer/Customer Service Manager to ensure accuracy of Customer Requirement Document or Design Package in Config Builder

· Works on in-flight service order changes/requests as needed

· Maintains the ability to work all OM configuration requests from their respective queue within established SLO’s

What you should have:

· Deep understanding and knowledge of Siebel

· Able to write concise technical or business correspondence, training material or applications documentation
