Partner Coordinator

SALT talent is looking for an experienced Partner Program Manager for a 6 months extendable contract role. You will join a team responsible for identifying and enabling ASPs to drive measurable impact for advertisers, agencies and the ecosystems and economies that these are a part of. You will be responsible for unlocking and driving new sources of growth via best-in-class enablement strategies, activation techniques and knowledge sharing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish high standards in partner growth & enablement, allowing best practice knowledge to travel seamlessly to benefit all local teams for all Authorized Sales partners
  • Ensure data driven decision making, define KPIs, track, analyze and communicate key partner performance metrics and business trends
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive research projects on market conditions and the ASP Program’s partners
  • Monitor ongoing market and geopolitical conditions in markets with partner presence
  • Manage partner-centric projects and initiatives
  • Conduct deep-dives into existing regional strategies for developing and accelerating ASP business
  • Build and manage frameworks, processes, and central documentation of all project communications to maintain operational consistency and alignment across teams
  • Build strong working relationships with business partners from diverse functions.
  • Project manage mandated annual market and partner risk reviews and diligence renewal processes and real-time market risk monitoring.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· 4-6 years of relevant working experience

· PMP Certification

· Experience in the Advertising sector or with Media/Advertising clients

· Experience scoping and executing research projects with internal and external stakeholders

· Demonstrated capacity to communicate complex, large-scale concepts clearly and simply

· Good writing, project management and decision-making skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

· Strong written and verbal skills in English

· Emerging Markets experience preferred

· Proficiency in additional business language preferred
