Project Coordinator

Salt Talent Search is looking for Project Coordinator for a 12 month extendable contract Role

As a Coordinator, you will help with planning, organising, executing, or following up on key programs, outreach, or events. This could involve managing logistics, supporting team specialists and staffing partners, working with cross-functional stakeholders and clients, communicating with prospective hires, interpreting data, making our processes more efficient, and supporting key hiring initiatives.

• Manage and oversee logistics for events, programs, and outreach with a high emphasis on details, quality, and the user experience.
• Support team managers and specialists with the development and execution of team deliverable and programming.
• Communicate and support key team audiences and partners, including prospective hires and volunteers, as part of our long-term pipeline cultivation and engagement strategies.

Skill/Experience/Education

• 0-2 years relevant experience in staffing, HR, event management, operations, university relations, or related area
• Experience in building and cultivating candidate and client relationships in a global business environment
• Desired
• Experience with gSuite preferred
