Project Operations Executive

Salt is looking for a Program Coordinator for 12 months extendable contract role. This role works closely with the Creative services team of our Client and will be responsible for directly managing Vendors and supporting Operational activities.

What Will You Do:

  • Manage end to end contracting and finance processes for partner programs and initiatives
  • Find contacts where there are none
  • Coordinate with vendor channels to get the partners on-boarded into the product
  • Work with internal support teams to enable supplier and partners
  • Creation and maintenance of operations process guides
  • Collation of existing workflow templates and documents
  • Support with creating new templates to facilitate workflow standardization

What Will You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in project operations support
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
