This is a fantastic opportunity for an energetic and creative product design leader to conceive unique brand experiences for a wide range of water and housing products. You will connect with strong brand identities and translate complex challenges into elegant and culturally sensitive solutions. You will be responsible for strategising and conceptualising how to go from brief to product development to production while always delivering on brand promises. You will lead a team of talented designers on projects across multiple product categories for several brands.

You will have an extensive product design portfolio displaying a deep understanding of the product development process and manufacturing constraints. You will have compelling case studies of leading a team through the life cycle of new product development. You have a firm grasp of product briefs and can provide innovative direction whilst keeping a handle on scope, objectives, brand positioning and market dynamics to bring a project to life. You are a team player who is both strategic and hands-on and thrives in a diverse agile culture that focuses on collective outcomes.
