SENIOR CREATIVE (Digital Design)

Our client – a global leader in flavours and fragrances are in search for a talented Senior Creative (Art).

You will be working with an international team of creative professionals on a variety of visual communication projects.

In this exciting role, you will:

Lead creative projects

· Develop and lead global, regional and local projects from conception to completion

· Work with other creative professionals within the global Creative Services team and external vendors

· Manage multiple projects, taking initiative and responsibility to contribute to quality deliverables and high stakeholders satisfaction

· Act as brand ambassador

Creative execution

· Translate business and marketing needs into impactful and creative visual concepts

· Create compelling designs for a broad range of print & digital formats (brochure, labels, flyer, social media, apps, new tech etc.)

· Develop and lead motion graphics production and graphic styles for high-quality videos, animations and presentations

· Shoot and craft video and photo contents to support digital content creation

· Bring new, fresh and creative ideas to the business

Management

· Manage locally based designer as well as regional freelancers

· Develop and inspire local talent within the team

Your professional profile includes:

· Bachelor’s degree in Interactive design, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design or similar

· 6+ years in a similar role at agency level or in a multinational company

· Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Premiere, After Effects etc.)

· Skill-set includes: graphic/ digital design, video editing, animation, social media design, UX/UI design and ability to work and direct in new technologies (AR, VR, QR etc.)

· Strong conceptual thinking, communication and organisational skills

· Strong track record in project management and ability to work on several projects simultaneously
