SALT Talent Search is looking for 12 months Contract role that is extendable and convertible to perm.

CHANNEL SPECIALIST

This is an opportunity to set foot and be a part of a social media powerhouse with their dynamic & globally diverse team of HRs, Recruiters, and Talent Acquisitions for both #technology & #corporate hiring.

You will be the ambassador of all channels (e.g., social media, job ads, internal referrals & transfers, etc.) to generate candidates from and act as a “sustainable candidate manager” across various regions.

Some important scope includes:

· As the Candidate Ambassador, you will strategically help your key stakeholders maintain an active pipeline of multiple talent pools for various job opportunities

· Use Boolean searching to select candidates aligned with our future pipelining requirements

· Partner with Recruiting Team members to become subject matter experts in assigned pipelines and actively participate in projects in respective pipelines

You should have:

· 2+ years’ experience within a recruiting team.

· Sourcing/ resume review with prior candidate management experience.

· Ability to manage multiple searches through strong project management and prioritization skills
