What the role requires you to do?

• Act as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team
• Manage the day to day shared services queries and other admin matters
• Manage employee relations casework including investigations, dispute resolution etc

What should you have?

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience
• Solid knowledge of HR concepts, local / regional employment laws
• Experience of working in matrix and geographically dispersed teams
