HR Specialist

Salt is hiring a HR Specialist to Serve as a people point of contact on key crisis response issues and projects in the APAC region. An interesting opportunity to join a growing organization, looking to make a difference in People’s lives.

Responsibilities

• Build and document processes and localized plans to support crisis response and ongoing program management on key initiatives
• Ability to move fast and learn quickly by using problem-solving and consulting skills combined with a customized approach for specific teams and * needs
• Driven cross-functional teamwork, navigate interconnected networks, connect disparate perspectives, and create transparency around complex issues
• Communicate with clarity, brevity, and precision
• Acts as primary project contact on specific initiatives and projects
• Develop project plans and facilitate resolution of all issues to reach goals
• Drive issues to resolution and escalating unresolved issues to the leadership team in a timely manner including developing options and recommendations to drive critical decisions
• Coordinate, document, and assign tasks for XFN project teams
• Provides clear and concise status updates and reports to various levels of the organization
• Use data to support decision making
• Leads and manages more than one project at the same time

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, HR operations, and global stakeholder management
• Ability to create structure from complex, ambiguous situations, quickly assess situations, prioritize issues, and make good decisions under pressure
• Structured, organized, and detailed-oriented with the ability to be agile, flexible
• Demonstrated experience working in a highly cross-functional environment
• Ability to work with global teams and be on call for immediate response and team activation

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in high-growth companies
