Salt Talent Search is looking for a Campus Recruitment Program Coordinator for a 12 months extendable contract role.
Responsibilities
As a Program Coordinator within People Operations, you’ll focus on one or all aspects of hiring, talent engagement and employer branding:
Plan and implement talent engagement programs to match top talent careers . Manage and oversee programs to improve processes with a high emphasis on details, quality, and the user experience. Conduct post-event reporting, data tracking and analysis.
Manage end to end hiring projects during campus season, including sourcing strategies, timelines, and deliverables for projects. Make sure to meet hiring demand with minimal guidance, build and execute against an equitable, inclusive, and accessible hiring system.
Build cross-functional relationships with partner teams to ensure a smooth delivery of online screening and hiring activities
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience in campus/intern hiring, especially for non-tech roles, understand local hiring challenges across APAC
Exposure to HR processes, such as interviewing and candidate evaluation, ability to take initiative and build effective, productive relationships while consistently and positively contributing in a high-paged, changing work environment
Familiar with the local social landscape with deep knowledge in online channels and strategy
Experience in program management, content creation and social media operation is a big plus
Track record of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact; self-directed and detail-oriented with a burning desire to contribute to the organization’s reputation and success
Ability to prioritize multiple functions and manage time efficiently
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
