Travel Visa Coordinator

Salt Talent Search is looking for Visa Coordinator for a 12 months contract role with a well know Media Client

Responsibilities

• Managing Information and filing for work pass holders.
• Manage various country requirements and associated entry and quarantine requirements in Singapore.
• Advise on various country travel entry and exit restrictions
• Updating the employees on the latest updates and changes in travel policy
• Creating, updating, and tracking spreadsheets for employees who are travelling and may need to re-entry Singapore.
• Dealing with stakeholders at varied levels
• Create, own and maintain the most up to date information on visa requirements, country border restrictions, vaccination requirements etc per country for various passport holders.

Qualifications

• Experience as a HR Coordinator, travel administrator, visa coordinator, managing visas and/or advising country entry/exit restrictions.
• You have strong attention to detail and an ability to work well with changing information.
• You possess a high level of organization, detail orientation, and ability to time-manage across multiple deadlines.
• You are effective and concise in your communications, and have strong interpersonal skills.
• You are a team player who acts with a sense of urgency and adapts to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
