Client Servicing Executive

Salt is looking to hire a Account Manager for a 12 months extendable contract role.

Job responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong 1:1 relationships with merchants and team members to understand their priorities and manage expectations.
• Strategic discussions with the merchants’ key decision makers to design and implement plans for Shopping optimisation and growth.
• Develop a deep comprehension of Shopping Ads product.
• Analyse data and trends in order to create meaningful insights for your merchants.
• Extend GSS’ support to more merchants through troubleshooting and optimisations; Redirect clients to the right channel/resources where suitable upon request
• Grow the business through onboarding high potential leads across the board (EMEA/ APAC/ AMER), and leading scaled outreach to merchants based in China/APAC for their Shopping Ads towards the European Economic Area + Switzerland.

Skill/Experience/Education

• BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Client service/account management.
• Ability to speak and write Mandarin & English fluently and idiomatically.
• Experience in European Markets preferable
