Client Solutions Manager

Singapore Contract Negotiable

Salt is hiring a Client Solutions Manager to establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales, analytical skills, a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

Act as a Marketing Solutions Expert

· In partnership with a Client Partner, analyse client situations and devise integrated marketing and advertising strategies optimally incorporating solutions to maximize client value

· Use data, insights, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and guide strategy

· Drives product innovation internally with XFN partners based upon market trend and emerging needs of clients

· Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership

· Analyze data and insights to guide full funnel strategy and implementation of solutions

Relationship Management

· Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.)

· Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams

Media & Measurement Strategy and Implementation

· Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators

· Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery

· Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance

· Build and manage relationships with both C-Suite and front-line stakeholders in clients and agencies (media, creative, FMP, etc.)

Operational Excellence and Project Management

· Project manage complex work streams

· Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)

· Ability to travel as needed

Minimum Qualifications

· Experience working directly with, marketing, media and/or consulting companies and demonstrated leadership experience required

· Industry experience from Tech, eCommerce or digital agency will be highly regarded

· Knowledge of traditional & digital media planning principles and KPIs

· Effective and creative problem solving and decision-making skills

· Experience working effectively with XFN teams

· Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to details

· Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively on a team

· Ability to confidently present to build ongoing relationships with external clients

· Excel skills and experience with data analysis and delivering actionable insights
