Do you combine the technical mind of a quant jock with the pen of a poet? If so, you could be the next Global Customer Lifecycle Strategist for our client, a leading international bank with a “customer-led” laser focus to orchestrate and reimagine positive and scalable solutions to drive commerce and prosperity for its clients, communities, and each other.

This is a high impact role for a strategist and customer marketer who will create a managed communications strategy to reimagine customer communications. You will lead the development of a personalization agenda and best of breed customer lifecycle program that activates and accelerates revenue. You will partner closely with global and regional stakeholders to define organization wide processes and customer marketing strategies which efficiently achieve these goals.

This is a great opportunity to be a part of a core team to transform and own the baseline lifecycle communication strategy across multiple customer segments. You will find, dissect, and provide analytical insight and create best practice systems to craft personalised direct communications to customers with a specific focus on funnel and conversion rate optimization. You will work with and identify complex data metrics to deliver on maximised customer retention opportunities.

You will be customer-obsessed and data-savvy and relentless about putting the needs of customers at the centre of all effective channel marketing communications. You are analytically driven and passionate about driving data discipline and testing to derive valuable insights to inform decisions. You have led successful optimization and funnelling strategies and are technically and tool-advanced having created effective CRM operations and customer lifecycle strategies. You are a proven collaborator, analytical, agile, effective communicator with a strong sense of clarity in thinking.
