Marketing Specialist

Salt is looking to hire a Marketing Specialist to work closely with internal teams and Partners in Vietnam supporting them on driving campaigns, email marketing & events to optimize performance of the marketing programs.

Responsibilities:

• End to end ownership of all events and high-quality experiences, working closely with the in-market teams (marketing & sales) and external team (partners, vendor/suppliers), to ensure the flawless execution of all external facing events.
• Use market insights to drive strategy and create revenue driving initiatives, own the tracking of key deliverables and leverage analytical skills to dive deep into the data, and optimize events towards driving quick results.
• Lead program management and localization of these programs with the objective of upskilling, inspiring and growing the agency ecosystem in Southeast Asia (adhoc business travel might be needed).
• Develop relationships with Senior internal and external stakeholders for alignment and cross-functional collaboration. Work closely with sales teams to optimize performance of specific marketing programs.
• Manage the operations for various advertiser and agency education and growth events, analyzing the performance of these projects, and communicating directly with partners and advertisers.
• Analysis & recap of key initiatives: measure the program success, setup regular cadence of event report, analyze and identify insights & learnings for effectiveness and ROI of the initiatives
• Own localization of content and communication from global, regional and local programs. Liaising with the global/regional marketing team, local sales team and external (partners) where needed.

Skill/Experience

• Mandatory Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in executive engagement programs, event management or program/product management experience.
• Project management experience, including managing multiple internal stakeholders, external creative agencies, events vendors, and international projects
• experience in delivering against targets to drive impact through events.
• Written and presentation experience.
• Fluency in Vietnamese.
