Marketing Specilaist

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist with strong Marketing Ops experience, its a 12 months extendable month contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Support ideation and execution of Singapore’s consumer incentives program, including creation of presentation materials related to the incentives campaign, coordination with cross-functional partners for approval & execution, copyrighting where relevant, and any post campaign ROI / performance analysis.
• Take the lead in driving consumer-focused co-marketing campaigns with Singapore’s key bank and merchant partners. Partner with Business Development, Marketing Prod Ops, and the broader cross-functional team to drive alignment with the partner on the GTM approach.
• Partner with the PR / Comms team to support crafting of external comms doc for PR, & Marketing and Product leadership’s approval, including but not limited to blog post announcement, Comms / FAQ doc, and more.
• : Support the existing SG / Global team in any consumer campaign management and execution activities, including but not limited to content creation (messaging positioning and strings), asset creation (with agencies or team), QA testing, general cross-functional stakeholder coordination, and more.

What Will You Need:

• BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years of relevant work experience).
• 3+ years of B2C marketing experience, or driving consumer growth, preferably in a tech company.
• Previous experience in marketing campaign strategy & execution.
• Proficient in written and verbal communications.
• Proficient in working with and modeling marketing budgets, campaign projections and presenting these to leadership teams (in slides)
• Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and possess a strong attention to detail.
