As Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager, you will play a role in setting marketing’s direction for these products in the APAC region.
Your responsibilities will be to provide business critical insights using analytics, ensure cross functional alignment of goals and execution, manage operations and tracking for key business metrics and help teams drive strategic projects and new initiatives forward.
You will work closely with local and global teams and collaborate cross-functionally with key leaders across Marketing, Product, Finance, and Engineering to solve our toughest challenges, champion high priority projects, and drive greater operational rigor within Marketing.
Ideal candidates will have a hypothesis-driven approach to problem solving, strong quantitative skills, comfort tackling broad-reaching and ambiguous questions, and the ability to communicate and work effectively, collaboratively and cross-functionally with of all levels.
What Will You Need:
Experience in a role requiring rigorous analytical problem solving, quantitative analysis, operational rigor, and complex stakeholder management (including very senior stakeholders)
Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills and impeccable business judgment. Long-term strategic thinking balanced with near-term execution skills.
Tolerance for ambiguity and ability to work in a fast-changing environment, with an entrepreneurial approach
Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of Google’s products and technology industry.
Some knowledge and/or experience in writing SQL to access data systems.
