Partner Marketing Manager

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Marketing Specialist for a 12-month extendable contract role. The JAPAC Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for working with our Tier-1 Partners to set our JAPAC go-to-market strategy, and making use of existing global strategies, and develop and execute marketing programs to increase awareness and drive demand, in support of our strategic priorities and growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine and implement quarterly/six-month marketing plans aligned to each Tier 1 JAPAC goals and strategies to include communication and awareness, thought leadership and demand generation
• Build relationships deep and wide within the partners, and secure partner commitment on marketing plans
• Ensure marketing programs and tactics de
• livered on time, within budget, meeting ROI expectations/pipeline forecast
• Focus on executing impactful campaigns tailored to individual Tier 1 JAPAC Partners
• Lead the creation of joint marketing campaigns for JAPAC including content, events, multi-touch demand generation programs and ABM and coordinate with global demand generation teams for execution
• Support the development of Joint thought leadership content with Product

What do you need:

• 5+ years of experience in partner marketing and previous experience
• Strong program management, project management, and organization skills
• Ability to take the lead in a challenging environment with multiple priorities across internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of working across sales and marketing teams and internal/external partner organizations
• Ability to take initiative, solve problems and make continuous process improvements in a growing organization
