We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take on the challenge of achieving 10-20X growth.
The customer acquisition is driven by Performance marketing so it will be easy for you to evaluate the success of your campaigns.
The performance marketing manager will need to manage the end to end campaigns generation from the strategy to the execution and the tracking and measuring of the campaigns.
You will work on global paid social, display and search channels, managing and shifting your budget according to campaign results and objectives, target audience segmentation, …
Optimization will be your main goal but you also like to have a creative point of view: giving your inputs on visuals, wording, campaign angles, …
Reporting to head of marketing, you will influence and work closely with design teams, product owners and analytics and with external agencies when it is required.
