Product Marketing Manager

Salt is looking to hire a ‘Product Marketing Manager’ wherein the successful candidate is experienced in partnering with product and sales teams across geographies on successful product revenue and adoption programs and in surfacing market feedback on product opportunities.

Success in this position requires a strong understanding of the advertising market & the different advertising products. The product marketing manager needs to be able to understand and pull insights from data, formulate plans in sync with business objectives & execute these plans successfully.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Data analysis and synthesis of key insights

· Partner with Sales teams and other cross functional teams to drive product adoption

· Develop go-to market activation plans and track and monitor performance for prioritized initiatives

· Distil and surface market and advertiser feedback to regional teams on existing products and development of roadmap for new products

· Shape internal training programs to educate the sales force on a growing set of advertising solutions

· Ensure the right level of alignment, consistency, and flexibility in approach across product marketing organization to maximize growth and scale impact

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

· BA/BS degree or equivalent

· 5+ years professional experience in technology, marketing, or consulting

· Organization and people skills and the ability to set priorities, problem-solve, multi-task and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace

· Data analysis and the use of excel data manipulation

· Demonstrated ability to contribute at strategic, operational, and tactical levels

· Demonstrated ability to drive resolution in the context of competing perspectives

· Experience presenting to groups

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Product marketing experience in the web technology sector is a plus

· Experience in working in a digital native company or with performance related advertising products is a plus

· Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus
