Sr. Growth and Brand Marketing

Salt is looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist for a 7 months extendable contract

You will work with global, regional, and local Product and Marketing Managers to drive APAC growth marketing strategy and launch growth marketing campaigns across Subscriptions, and more. You will coordinate across countries, languages, and teams, developing best practices, advocating innovation, looking for creative solutions to achieve goals and contributing to internal team initiatives to improve processes. .

• Work closely with global, regional, and country teams to consistently optimize campaigns, plan, and prioritize regionally and locally driven initiatives.
• Manage relationships and output from agencies and partners.
• Support the JAPAC regional Brand Lead in growing, advocating for, and driving Cloud brand strategy, creativity and Cloud brand governance
• Manage and organize intake of all new JAPAC initiatives and requests
• Maintain day-to-day program management, project management systems and tracking
• Consolidate all Brand team program analysis, reporting and coordination across Global Brand team and JAPAC project leads
• Tracking the performance of our growth marketing campaigns will help clarify what’s working, and how we continually improve the growth of our products, and the health of our APAC ecosystem

What Do You Need:

• 8+ years of marketing experience, including multi-stakeholder management across markets Experience in growth marketing as well as project and campaign management
• 5+ years of growth marketing experience working in FMCG industry, consulting, or on an internet-based product or service.
• A demonstrated understanding and interest in the technology business.
• Strategic mindset and continuous curiosity, with a unique combination of data-driven decision making and pragmatic bias for action.
• Demonstrated talent at building strong collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams, and being adept at influencing strategy and investments with insights and data.
• Experience managing a team
