Vendor Management Associate

Salt is looking to hire a ‘Vendor Management Associate’ working closely with business stakeholders to maintaining and ensuring regional vendors performance, services, and deliverables are met through contractual SLA’s and KPI’s.

Responsibilities will be but not limited to:

· Build and maintain effective end-to-end strategic relationships with regional key stakeholders and vendors.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic business requirements and plans for services and deliverables

· Build, maintain, and track SLA’s, KPI’s, QBRs data’s, reports, status, and documents related to vendors relations and performance

· Assist with RFx’s, evaluate, analyze, and assess results, document recommendations, and communicate results to business stakeholders and vendors with the objective of creating strategic business opportunities for the organization.

· Support business stakeholders to gather, examine, and analyze essential documents and information for Non-Disclosure Agreements, and work with Strategic Sourcing for commercial contracts and RFx’s.

· Track, organize, and manage commercial contracts and related documents through to completion.

· Develop solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for internal business stakeholders.

· Contribute to the development of business processes, system, initiatives, and enhancements

Desired Qualifications and Skills

· Bachelor’s degree preferred – areas of concentration in business

· Prior experience in a similar position as a Relationship Manager/Account Manager or Business Development and Sales

· Strong business acumen and awareness

· Exceptional customer service, client support and business service consulting skills

· Confident and comfortable recommending solutions and implementing changes
