Sales Enablement Manager

Salt Talent Search is looking to hire Sales Enablement Program Manager for a 12 months contract role, As a seasoned and experienced Program Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing a regional vision for training and enablement initiatives for sales capability development across all of our Digital Media for Business routes to market in the APAC and Japan region. You will be responsible for leading and managing the local execution of our global enablement programs supporting the organizational and regional initiatives and priorities.

What you’ll Do:

  • § Translate stakeholder goals and priorities into specific measurable training outcomes
  • § Develop & deliver a region-based annual vision, mission and strategy inclusive of a budget forecast, communication plan, DACI and specific measurable outcomes for the global programs and initiatives planned for the year
  • § Tailor global enablement programs for the JAPAC sellers, lead and manage it end to end
  • § Deliver and maintain an annual budget forecast, resource requests and provide quarterly updates 30 days prior to each quarter end.
  • § Partner with other Regional Enablement Program Managers around the world to share best practices, innovations, to maintain consistent messaging and resources at scale
  • § Deliver communication and engagement strategy, annually, updated each quarter
  • § Establish KPIs aligned with stakeholders and use data to maintain and drive decision making
  • § Create of Quarterly Business Review deck and formally present back to the team
  • § Establish a schedule and framework to measure success and optimization of enablement programs as result of data analyzation.
  • § Develop and maintain an evergreen roadmap of training deliveries by program with JAPAC regional trainer(s) and enablement team.
  • § Project Manage and coordinate training and enablement requirements, deliverables, meetings and quarterly reporting cadence/dashboard which communicates progress to plans, risks, dependencies, mitigation plans, DACI and next steps to stakeholders
  • § Proactively communicate monthly status reports/briefings showcasing outcomes based on established KPIs to sales managers and stakeholders (groups or 1:1)
  • § Leverage existing tools, content, platforms and groups (eg: sales leaders and operational stakeholders) to maintain alignment with the field
  • § Report quarterly if outcomes are being met based on identified KPIs/outcomes
  • § Budget management of local vendors and agencies as needed
  • § Achieve significant incremental revenue growth from the enabled sellers

Required Skills

  • You are highly organized and programmatic professional who has experience devising and running similar programs.
  • Minimum of 6 years professional work experience with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in corporate sales training/enablement, or sales environment within global hi-tech organization.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; leads by inspiring; enjoys working with others in a collaborative, social environment; effective at building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Passion for excellence and high quality in the finished product; attention to detail is critical to success.
  • A passion for sales and a strong understanding of sales methodologies and solution selling; selling experience a plus.
  • Proven experience with adult learning principles
  • Experience working cross-functionally to develop regional and global training initiatives.
  • Sound knowledge of the fundamentals of learning management system, instructional design, eLearning or social learning concepts.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including instructional, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Willing to travel up to 25%+ of the time (when permitted).
