Salt Talent Search is looking for a Sales Enablement Program Manager for a 12 months extendable contract role
RESPONSIBILITIES
Translate stakeholder goals and priorities into specific measurable training outcomes
Develop & deliver a region-based annual vision, mission and strategy inclusive of a budget forecast, communication plan, DACI and specific measurable outcomes for the global programs and initiatives planned for the year
Tailor global enablement programs for the JAPAC sellers, lead and manage it end to end
Deliver and maintain an annual budget forecast, resource requests and provide quarterly updates 30 days prior to each quarter end.
Partner with other Regional Enablement Program Managers around the world to share best practices, innovations, to maintain consistent messaging and resources at scale
Deliver communication and engagement strategy, annually, updated each quarter
Establish KPIs aligned with stakeholders and use data to maintain and drive decision making
Create of Quarterly Business Review deck and formally present back to the team
Establish a schedule and framework to measure success and optimisation of enablement programs as result of data analyzation.
Develop and maintain an evergreen roadmap of training deliveries by program with JAPAC regional trainer(s) and enablement team.
Project Manage and coordinate training and enablement requirements, deliverable, meetings and quarterly reporting cadence/dashboard which communicates progress to plans, risks, dependencies, mitigation plans and next steps to stakeholders
What Will You Need:
You are highly organized and programmatic professional who has experience devising and running similar programs.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate sales training/enablement, or sales environment within global hi-tech organisation.
Strong interpersonal skills; leads by inspiring; enjoys working with others in a collaborative, social environment; effective at building and maintaining strong relationships.
Passion for excellence and high quality in the finished product; attention to detail is critical to success.
A passion for sales and a strong understanding of sales methodologies and solution selling; selling experience a plus.
Proven experience with adult learning principles.
Experience working cross-functionally to develop regional and global training initiatives.
Sound knowledge of the fundamentals of learning management system, instructional design, learning or social learning concepts.
Strong project management and organisational skills, ability to prioritise.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including instructional, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Desired Multilingual: English & Korean or Chinese (not mandatory).
Willing to travel up to 25%+ of the time (when permitted).
