The Role:

• You will be leading a team of high energy sales professionals to help them meet and exceed the goals
• Focus on revamping business processes with data driven operational efficiency.
• Will be key to developing strategic sales development plans to grow the business

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in sales with people management skills
• Industries: logistics / startup / B2B space preferred
• Sales operations experience is a plus (example sales funnel and pipeline movement analysis)
• Data Driven, great analytical skills
