SMB Sales Manager – Indonesia

Our client is a leading global marketing technology stack provider that is an industry pioneer in the space. They help brands drive long-term, personalised and context-based customer engagements through diverse technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Web & Mobile platforms, with about 40B events tracked per month.

They are currently looking for an SMB – Sales Manager to add to their growing team to help them build a bigger market in South East Asia. As a Sales Manager you will help the team in identifying prospective clients in the enterprise space along with mapping and understanding the market to grow the business.

Responsibilities include:

• Achieve sales targets for SMB / Small – Medium Business accounts within SEA
• Coordinate with inside sales and marketing to generate leads, nurture them and convert them into opportunities.
• Conduct high-level conversations and relationships with C-level and VP-level Executives.
• Manage the sales through solution-selling and value-selling techniques to effectively manage the sales cycle
• Work closely with management to deliver forecasts, identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions.

Skills:

• Sales experience in SaaS domain for the SEA region
• Must have a strong network of clients / connections
• Experience in pitching to C level executives in marketing/product or technology domain of digital-first companies.
• Proven record of achieving sales quota
