My client is an international digital tech solutions start-up who empower brands to create better communications, sales and marketing via a suite of AI-powered apps and professional services. Their solutions have created a more personalised approach to fight digital fatigue and has helped companies and businesses to create better product demonstrations, outreach, and training.

They are now looking to expand the teams and is looking for a senior Account Manager to help them grow in APAC. The role requires someone with a hunter mentality, and will be excited by chasing and opening new businesses while simultaneously managing your clients.

As an Account Manager, you will be:

  • Focusing on growing the business in South East Asia, as well as managing strategic accounts.
  • Leveraging on existing relationships and creating new opportunities with Enterprise companies by garnering introductions and cross selling integrated solutions and services
  • Identifying market shifts, new products and competition, and merging this to develop new sales strategies to capture the key demographics
  • Collaborate with the leadership and sales teams by bringing market trends and other innovative concepts to further deliver value to the clients
  • Work with the leadership teams to manage reporting activity and forecast figures

Skills and Experience:

  • End to end experience in solution selling, ideally SaaS or software sales
  • Understands data and analytics- the customer journey is important to you, and you are well equipped when it comes to pulling numbers to strategize and produce best outcomes
  • Experience or understanding of eCommerce, Marketing Technology, Marketing Automation/ Digital Marketing is a plus
  • Proven track-record in meeting and/or exceeding sales targets
  • Knows where to look for new business and how to engage potential clients and customers. Research is key and the right candidate will enjoy deep diving into business profiles.
  • Be able to work collaboratively with other teams in the company to give the client the holistic sales experience
