Application Support Engineer
Who is this for?
- Our client is a global IT consulting firm who is still growing within the Asia region. As part of their growth, they are looking for a passionate application support engineer with .Net experience.
What will you do?
- You will be part of a team of application support engineers who take charge of all the support cases within the company
- Being analytical in investigating tickets and come out with solutions for the issues
- Ticketing management
- You need to conduct proper documentation
What you need to have?
- Solid 2 years of experience in doing application support
- Good background in .net technologies
- Familiar with databases (eg. MSSQL)
- Prior experience in writing scripts for automation (eg. Powershell)
