When you work for a pioneering market leader you are often exploring and identifying new solutions so with this support function you will tackle both technical and functional queries. Some queries may be simple to solve but often they will require a healthy dose of curiosity, analytical skills and the ability to identify multiple solutions.

Your day will see you busy liaising with both super and casual users of the platform, sharing and coaching clients to ensure they get the data and insights to drive value in their business. This is a proactive role that will also see you catching up regularly with clients to check in and make sure everything is working like it should.
