• Looking for a capable PM/BA with Banking & FSI experience in client on-boarding and/or delivery.

The Company

A mid-size Swiss investment technology start-up who is a trusted partner of banks, asset managers and pension funds. Their innovative suite of investment solutions is designed to equip portfolio managers with investment & wealth advisory, risk intelligence and monitoring tools.

The Role

• Drive implementation projects to onboard Banks and External Asset Managers.
• Drive product enhancements on platform and technologies based on client feedback.
• Play a lead role in managing client liaison and delivery by chartering a well-structured project governance to enhance client satisfaction.

Skills & Experience

• Good & relevant work experience in a client onboarding or client implementation role within the Banking & FSI domain.
• Good experience in project management & Agile delivery methods.
• Strong ability to communicate confidently at all levels and listen to clients’ needs.
