Data Analyst

Salt Talent search is looking for a Data Analyst for a 12 months extendable contract role, this role is with the HR team managing analytics.

As a Technical Data Specialist, you’ll work closely with the Innovation Team to improve the quality and velocity of work across your team by acting as a technical lead. This hybrid role also requires program management where they run roadshows, go live rounds, YouTube live sessions etc from start to finish, vendor engagement and communication with an understanding of Campus and Industry hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate technical understanding and comfort in working independently with technology.
• Manage resolution of project-related technical issues, self service configuration and engage with Engineering to develop solutions.
• Structure, organize, clean up data in a sophisticated manner to drive data analysis and reporting.
• Work with different teams to develop and deliver hiring projects or improve existing tools / processes.

Skill/Experience/Education

• 2+ years of experience of relevant program management.
• Experience dealing with data sets used for data-driven decision making.
• Experience with C++, Python and/or SQL.
• Ability to self-start and direct work in an unstructured environment.
• Experience managing and improving software engineering processes.
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity.
• Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally.
