Director of Operations

A large tech firm is looking a Director of Operations to join them. This role birth out of digital transformation at the corporate level.

This is a people management and strategic position. You will manage a team of 10 people within the corporate function. You will be working closely with multiple business unit heads to improve the existing processes and practices. As the business heads share their pain points, you will need to wear your thinking hat to advise them accordingly what can be done from a diverse business perspective. Your passion around processes, productivity will help you to excel in this role. Eagle eye view is required for you to identify on areas that you can further improve or develop to achieve long term success.

With your strong background in business functions and technical understanding, your advice will bring impactful changes to these business units to improve their performances.
