Salt Talent Search is looking for a Data Analyst for a 12 months Contract role, this role will be part of the HR team helping them in drawing insights for future hire.
What Will You Do:
Be comfortable with diverse tables/data sources and tools across People View Tables, and build expertise on how to centralize information in a consistent and qualitative manner for talent diagnosis.
Establish and maintain labelling & lead management for APAC TE
Maintain tracking dashboard for Insights projects on key metrics, performance
Monitor external media for talent related news/information and analyze the growth of major tech peers
Help extract, transform and build candidate data structures and dashboards to refine Candidate Database for pipeline generation and candidate behavior monitor use
Create and refine the talent indicator reference book that fit hiring needs, including but not limited to priority, demographics, language, and domain skills etc.
Involved as a data tracker for some Talent Insights and Intelligence project
Create surveys for targeted groups and draw insights from analytics
What Do you Need:
2~5 years experience in HR background
SQL and Tableau is a must have
Demonstrated problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills on ambiguous problems.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, with strong attention to detail and well organized to complete workload in a timely and effective manner.
Demonstrated ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment with a focus on knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Experience with project management and delivering results with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work with a sense of urgency and highly motivated.
Deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, analysis and trends and applied knowledge of measurement, and program evaluation
