HR Workday Analyst

SALT talent is hiring Workday Analyst for a global tech firm on an extendable contract assignment (6 months to start with). The successful candidate will be a focused and flexible individual who can work in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines and act as the point of contact for assigned projects and tickets.

Job Scope:

* Responding to incident and change requests for Workday in a BAU capacity

* Provide deep level analysis and consultation for potential system enhancements, new features on Workday

* Assigned to change transformation projects providing analysis, consultancy and configuration changes

* Support test scripts creation relevant to the change/project

* Responsible for the end to end design and implementation of system enhancements

* Work closely with HR and other corporate teams to lead & drive end-to-end Workday systems improvement.

* Ability to juggle BAU requests along with transformation projects

To be successful you will need:

* Workday experience within a Global HR Transformation Programme or HRIS BAU capacity

* 5 years experience within a HR Operations/Shared Service environment

* Configuration skills within core HCM functionality of Workday Business Process Configuration, Security configuration,

* Advanced Reporting Writer skills

* Beneficial to have cross module knowledge within other areas of Workday – Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management
