Insights Analyst

Salt Talent Search is looking for a Business Data Analyst for a 12 months extendable contract role to develop, evolve and deliver impactful customer experiences through insights, strategy and integration of key moments throughout the customer journey.

What Will You Do

• Build and strengthen the foundations of retail measurement and insights for APAC.
• Building programs, processes and dashboards to effectively integrate and communicate key insights.
• Be a data-driven storyteller by translating numbers into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Create, consolidate and present retail reports to educate and inform APAC marketing teams.
• Identify data gaps and discrepancies, work with relevant stakeholders to improve measurement framework and with digital agencies to solve issues.
• Use key insights to collaborate deeply with the APAC marketing team to formulate tactics that reflect retail strategic priorities.

What Will You Need

• 8+ years experience as an Insights Analyst, Data Analyst or Data Scientist; ideally on technology client projects.
• Experience with Tableau, significant experience in insights, data analytics, measurements and data science (client or agency-side), and some research exposure across
• Ability to work effectively cross-functionally and to make data and insights accessible and easily digestible to a non-expert audience.
• Experience designing and supporting research projects to gain actionable business insights; directly or alongside creative agencies.
• Experience liaising with third-party research agencies and complex, multi-country research studies. – A self-starter and independent thinker who is able to craft meaningful stories, insights and suggestions based on data.
• Exceptional analytical, project and stakeholder management skills.
