PreSales – Cyber Security Engineer

SALT Talent is hiring Pre Sales Engineer (Cyber Security) on a 12-month & renewable contract role for a Social Media client. In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to customers and prospects and an expert advocate for our security solutions.

What you’ll do:

• In this role, you’ll know our security portfolio inside-and-out and provide support to C-level leaders, Security leaders, Cloud Security Architects and Security analysts, accompanying customers in discovering the technology/solution and consult around the best way to secure and ensure compliance
• You assist your team members in problem-solving and solving key technical issues for our customers.
• You will be liaising with the product marketing management and engineering teams to stay on top of industry trends and devise enhancements to their products.

What you’ll need:

• At least 2+ years of experience in selling cybersecurity products to customers or Strong Cyber Security Engineer interested on pre-sales are most welcome.
• Be able to speak expertly about the anatomy of a cybersecurity attack
• Have a solid understanding of cybersecurity and the tactics and techniques used to breach customer environments
• Security industry certifications such as CEH, OSCP, CISSP
• Knowledge of threat intelligence technologies and product offerings
• Have previous experience managing SOAR/EDR/Endpoint/SIEM platforms
