QA Manual Tester

Responsibilities

• Create test strategy under guidance from the QA lead
• Design test cases to cover feature testing under the supervision of senior QAs.
• Document and execute functional and regression manual test cases efficiently.
• Locate bugs and write concise reports to provide clear feedback to the development team.
• Create and maintain test artifacts like test cases, QA reports, dashboards, etc.
• Ability to understand the domain faster and use that knowledge in designing test cases.

Experience/Skills Requirement

• 2 – 3 years of experience in software QA testing, preferably in enterprise/B2B products.
• Familiarity with working in an agile environment. Team player.
• Exposure to IT administrative products and Microsoft enterprise products (e.g. O365 Exchange, SharePoint) is an added advantage.
• Experience in automated testing or the ability to learn to code is an added advantage.
• Effective written and verbal communications
