My client is a multi-tenant eCommerce platform that’s focused on providing robust solutions and have accelerated the transformation of more than 3400 companies world wide. With operations in 43 countries, they are looking to grow their Singapore presence as a part of their global expansion.

As a Sales Solutions Engineer, you will:

• Support the sales team through consultation with clients, customise PoCs (proof of concepts) and demonstrations
• Work closely with the products team to develop customised solutions.
• Provide support during the implementation project phase together with partners.
• Carry out customized cost and benefit analysis, with ROI demonstration.
• Provide technical documentation for prospects and partners.

Skills and Experience:

• Understanding on eCommerce solutions and platforms: Salesforce, Toolcommerce, Adobe, Hybris etc
• Technical understanding of API, postman, payment gateways, security, logistics, warehouse management, and all e-commerce related third party services
• Excellent communication skills including a confident presentation style in English
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, React, GraphQL, Tycons, etc a plus
