As a scrum master, you are the key person to keep things moving and happening. You will be working in a squat and collaborate closely with product and development teams to ensure everyone is working in meeting product launch timelines. In this role, you will be able to live out the agile principles and methodologies. You are the catalyst to empower the adoption of agile. You are walking into a fast-paced environment and has tight timelines. With you around, you will manage timelines according to the realistic picture and able to push back when necessary. This is an exciting role for someone who likes to make things happen.

To be successful in this role, there’s tools that will help you. The team uses Jira extensively and if you consider yourself strong with Jira, this role fits you. You will define the work-flows in Jira and manages the releases through it. As the team is adopting devops culture, your prior experience with CI/CD will be beneficial in this role. As they are also on cloud, prior cloud experience will be an added advantage.
