Scrum Master (Business Analyst)

A Scrum Master position is opened for you to grab!

• This role reports directly to the Head of Technology. You are double hatting as a business analyst and scrum master.
• This is an opportunity for you to upskill your stakeholder management and solutioning skills. You will work closely with the product owners and also multiple stakeholders within the bank in understanding their requirements and being a consultant to their problems.
• Here, you will be able to showcase your technology and agile know-how skills. As you have the influence in the product lifecycle, you are in the position to advice on the stakeholders accordingly around the product and estimated timelines.
• You will run sprints with the regional team to ensure changes can happen rapidly and being the agile advocate in the team. This is where you can enhance the scrum and agile practices within the team.

What is required to apply for this?

• Great understanding of different financial products (eg. Bonds, equities and etc)
• Good foundation in writing SQL queries and understanding of XML
• Prior experience in using project management tools such as Jira or Confluence
• Exposure with regulatory framework
