Senior Developer

Salt Talent Search is looking to a hire a Senior Developer (Java back end) for a leading Marketing & Advertising Client on a 6-month extendable contract.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as Senior Developer preferably in Java applications
• Experience in software development and coding in various languages (Java, C#, .NET etc.)
• Experience of working with AWS suite of services
• Familiar with codebase and deployment services such as GitHub/Codecommit and Jenkins
• Experienced in working with multi-level coding environments such as Dev, QA, UAT etc.
• Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
• Excellent knowledge of UML and other modelling methods
• Should be familiar with bug tracking system such as JIRA
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript and UI/UX design
• Understanding of software quality assurance principles
• A technical mindset with great attention to detail
• High quality organisational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
• MSc/MA in computer science, engineering or relevant field
