Our client is a global FMCG company and they are expanding its APAC tech team.
We’re searching for a senior helpdesk/ desktop engineer who’s technically minded, customer focused and enjoys being professionally presented.

This regional helpdesk engineer role will offer you the opportunity to learn a multitude of technologies. You’ll work alongside some strong senior technicians who’ll offer you guidance and support.
You will provide Level 1 Technical & Application Production Support to all IT matters in the Business
IT Infrastructure support – server setup, configuration, upgrade, maintenance, DR, security patching will be expected from this role
Provide support on Incident & Problem management
What you need to have:
More than 5 years of working experience in the same capacity; extensive production support & integration experience within an Enterprise environment
Experienced in supporting server level applications and systems/middleware management
Experience on the following: Windows server, SCCM, Active directory, networking (routers, switches), Unix/Linux
Excellent communication skill
