Senior Python Developer

We are hiring Senior Python Developer for a well-known Global Technology Client in Singapore on a yearly renewable contract role. A great company culture with lots of opportunities to learn and grow. Your primary responsibility will be to develop the platform, and to collaborate with product owner and team members

Job Responsibility:

· Create solutions which delight customers, abstracting complexity

· Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code

· Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications

· Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems

· Ensure excellent code quality, and automation.

· Solve high severity production issues on priority

Skills:

· Proficient in Python with a good knowledge of its ecosystems

· Good understanding of object-oriented programming, design and architectural patterns

· Skill for writing clean, reusable Python code

· Experience with databases, cache and messaging (primarily Kafka)

· Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

· Familiarity with continuous integration

· At least 4 years of Strong experience in building apps, preferably on Python, Postgresql stack
