Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage external partners
Lead the launch of Health products across the APAC region by working with external partners
Become an expert in the support experience for Health products and quickly resolve partner issues
Innovate with partners using technological innovations
Support partner marketing efforts by leading cross-functional teams internally
Gather product feedback from partners to shape product roadmap development
Adapt quickly to product changes and limitations, and communicate these strategically to stakeholders
Be a spokesperson at external-facing events such as workshops and conferences
Represent the voice of the partner to cross-functional and leadership teams
Drive initiatives to help build and scale the Partnerships team and practices
Willingness to travel approximately 15-20% of the time (once business travel resumes)
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree or higher
5+ years professional experience in product partnerships, business development, or product marketing
Organizational, project management, and communication experience
Track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers
Experience explaining technical solutions, establishing goals, developing opportunities, and providing reporting/dashboards to identify trends and improve the partner experience
Ability to set priorities, problem solve, multi-task, and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
Experience working with major non profits or social good organizations
Preferred Qualifications
MBA, MPH or Masters degree
Experience managing global partner programs
Experience working with technical teams
Customer service experience in a client-facing capacity
