Strategic Partner Manager Health

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage external partners
• Lead the launch of Health products across the APAC region by working with external partners
• Become an expert in the support experience for Health products and quickly resolve partner issues
• Innovate with partners using technological innovations
• Support partner marketing efforts by leading cross-functional teams internally
• Gather product feedback from partners to shape product roadmap development
• Adapt quickly to product changes and limitations, and communicate these strategically to stakeholders
• Be a spokesperson at external-facing events such as workshops and conferences
• Represent the voice of the partner to cross-functional and leadership teams
• Drive initiatives to help build and scale the Partnerships team and practices
• Willingness to travel approximately 15-20% of the time (once business travel resumes)

Minimum Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or higher
• 5+ years professional experience in product partnerships, business development, or product marketing
• Organizational, project management, and communication experience
• Track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional managers
• Experience explaining technical solutions, establishing goals, developing opportunities, and providing reporting/dashboards to identify trends and improve the partner experience
• Ability to set priorities, problem solve, multi-task, and work independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
• Experience working with major non profits or social good organizations

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, MPH or Masters degree
• Experience managing global partner programs
• Experience working with technical teams
• Customer service experience in a client-facing capacity
