Our client is a worldwide network and solutions provider who plays an important role in energy trading market. They are currently looking for Support Analyst who has interest in Finance/Technology. You will be working in an international environment with amazing company culture and great rewards, flexible work and highly driven team!

Within this role, you will be acting as clients point of contact and providing resolutions. You will manage deployment projects with customers from Asia and Europe. You will provide the high-level technical consultancy for product configuration support and training. Internally you will also contribute actively for projects and company initiatives.

To be success for this role, you will need a strong sense of customer service and problem-solving skills. As you will be meeting clients, your presentation skills would be essential to drive the relationship with the client. From technical perspective, your experience in networking, windows server, SQL server and scripting will be important for you to excel on this role.
